I don't think it's a Hammond, at least it's not a tonewheel.

3 reasons:
- the attack of the tones is not hammond-like; there is no keyclick. The
attack seems kind of slow, as if a keyclick suppression circuit is in
place. Reminds me of early Johannus organs (but they don't have the
vibrato heard further in the song)
- the vibrato in the organ-solo is not hammondish, definitely not the
sound of L, M or T-series vibrato
- the waveform is not sine-like like generated by tonewheels. It's more
triangular or sawtooth to my ears (haven't analyzed the actual
waveforms), this leads me to believe the tone generation is electronic.

I agree, the dragging organ part, the way the drums are played, the way
the vocal comes in.
It's a nice song but it doesn't give me goosebumps, whereas Procol Harum
songs like Whiter Shade of Pale and Homburg etc. do.
