XP Audio (owners of Motion Sound) and Diversi are two separate
companies. Maybe XP Audio doesn't want to have the focus of the ad -
their product - diluted by adding another product (at least without
Diversi chipping in for it).

XP Audio seems to be growing by developing products/buying companies
and providing the resources they need.
