Country music of late has organ through most of the songs being rotated on country stations and CMT..It sounds like they're using the real thing though... Along with crunchy guitars, chicken pluck banjos, screeching violins, piano and the ubiquitous dragging bar... there's always an organ/leslie track on the latest rock type country twanger songs..and can these guys record.....if Hammond sounds are not ending up on the latest rap, r&b, or screamo tunes, I'm glad country has been doing it's part in keeping Hammond alive...admittedly cowboy poetry sung with a drawl may not be everyone's toxicum but recording and production wise, Skoal rings aside, these guys are damned good at what they do...I would be surprised if ROMplers are presently used in Nashville for organ tracks...but that could change...
