If I didn't own a C1 I think I'd go for the XK3c. The organist from
the band organissimo apparently has reprogrammed all the digital
tonewheels on his to make it sound as close as possible to his own B3
and has offered the program for others to download from the band
website. I guess that's one big advantage of the XK3 if you want to
take the time and really get into it. He admits that it still doesn't
sound exactly the same as his own Hammond but, on the other hand, he
prefers the tighter, more present sound of the bass of the XK3.
