Subject:Korg CX3 signal to SE preamp?

Can anyone advise which output is better from the CX3?

Is there a different signal coming out of the L or R output jack vs.
using a true stereo cable from the headphone jack into the SE preamp.
From there the signal goes to an 860 or a 145
