I haven't used Amazing Slow Downer, but there are several programs that can do what you are looking to do. Nero Wave Editor does a very nice job of transposition without tempo change; a mediocre job of the opposite. Sonar 6 does a fantastic job of both, IMHO. If you happen to have either of these programs for other reasons, try the transpose and fit-to-time functions.
