Actually, if done properly, nothing.

You need to fasten the tie-down bolts with the top hat inside the wood, so
that the TWG can't shift and break wires. You might want to soak up any
excess oil in the rectangular metal box atop the run motor, so that it
doesn't seep into the vibrato scanner.

If you're going to do this a lot, you might want to invest in some tube
"keepers" that prevent the tubes from shifting, but ordinarily they don't
shift.

If you are particular about the case, you'd want to protect the back-bottom
edge, which will get rounded as it is tipped. And secure the power cord
where it won't get dragged between the case and the truck bed.

The legs don't make very sturdy handles for righting it back up again.
They're more for show than function. It's also pretty easy to snag the foot
pedals on carpet, etc.

The M3 is pretty top-heavy: its a bear to set upright again.
