On the recording who knows what he used. Someone knows I'm sure. I've seen different rigs for the guy. Including a white chop dual 61 note that was a mixture of B3 or the like boards, staggered in M3 style with the upper presets mirroring the last octave on the lower manual. Four percussion tabs mounted to the right of the lower manual on an M3 style percussion plate, only? two sets of draw bars on the top left over the black preset keys and to the left with 3 volume tabs? and vib/cho knob under the two sets of bars.. Hordes of unknown knobs and switches around the end of the upper presets and then more bolted to the faceplate to the left by the lower presets. Both manuals had preset keys. This was a Vivek Maddalla era in the mid to late '90's organ I'm describing.. Another genius Georgia Tech? musician/engineer who toured with Boston and was responsible for their equipment. Maddalla was talented in many areas included cinematography as well as being a Hammond player. When I saw Boston in the '70s at the San Diego Sports Aroma, it was a mostly plain spinet, an M3 perhaps if not an L. During the show, a chest of pipes came down from the scaffolding and hung in the air above the spinet.

Definitely sounds like a spinet.
