In the business, clonewheel would be known as a "weak" trademark, and since
it would be impossible to establish that the term "clonewheel" is identified
in the minds of the relevant population (that's us purchasers) with a
particular manufacturer or his product, it would surely be unenforceable in
the United States. Clonewheel Support Group, however, is a stronger mark
that might have limited enforecability.
