I'm trying to understand this. I thought the AMA part was for the
crunch and grind. What types of setups is this dual preamp
configuration useful for?

I'd like to get a preamp to connect my clone to a Leslie 45, but I'm
wondering if there are additional options that would be useful when
I'm using the clone just with a keyboard amp. Do the dual preamps or
the AMA have any utility in that situation, or is trying to add tube
grind post leslie-sim a bad idea? If there is a good reason for me to
get a preamp/AMA, can I bypass the AMA part when going into the real
leslie?
