Subject:How to incorporate a Speakeasy AMA into my rig
I'm interested in getting a Speakeasy AMA incorporated into my rig.
I've located one for sale slighly used at a good price. However,
conceptually, I'm facing some challenges on figuring out my options.
Here's my rig.
Roland 300sx stage piano. Roland V Combo (VR-760) for my clonewheel
sound with Ultimate Keys card and EP card. I also use it for EPs and
some synth sounds. I run both in mono through a SpeakEasy Vintage
Clone preamp into a Barbetta 41C. I use on-board leslie and overdrive.
I'm hoping to use the AMA for my overdrive and warm things up more.
Right now I have both keyboards going through the preamp into my
Barbetta. If I use an AMA in the chain, what are my options for doing
so? Do I need another preamp or buy a stereo preamp? Do I have any
other options?
Thanks,
Gene
