The two wires pull off. They were tight but they do come off. Check to
see which wire goes to the + (red dot) connection on the driver so you
connect the new driver the same way. Then all you have to do is unscrew
the driver from the plate. Also that wooden thing between the woofer
and the driver has to go back. The whole process is pretty easy. Good
