No problem The 8M will do 88 keys. Super low to super high. Don't know if you'd want that type of range but if hearing notes above and beyond 61 is what you're asking, it will handle your 76.

Hi all. I'm about to embark on a midi replica project using a couple

of roland a30's and a drawbar assembly, mounting them all in a custom

case; with a module hidden inside. I'm thinking the Vk8m (It's

cheaper than the electro rack.) Can anyone tell me the key range of

it; that is, can I use the full 76 notes of the a30, or does the Vk

only play 61? (Roland doesn't say on the website, and I haven't seen

any about in music stores to try out.)

I'd probably disable the lowest octave and rewire them to presets,

(latch them, and reverse the colour;) but I'd still be starting on an

F, and have three notes left over at the top.
