This would be a good set up and decent bass response
from the kc550 but I would maybe go with two powered
speakers over a kc550, the Kc550 maybe complete overkill
for home use but you do not have much choice if you want the
bottom end I guess. If you went the powered speaker (2 off)
route you would probably be spending more money on a sub after
a while.
PK5a are good choice I use these.
I think you will enjoy it.
