No, I have not tried that. Its a good thought though.
I will try it at some point. I never use the XK-3 as a
MIDI controller.
Oh, and to clarify something about double
triggering...it wasn't that the Xk-3 would double
trigger...it was more like a really quick stuttering
sound that would happen when the key would bounce
back. It was because the contact point was so shallow.
At one point I MIDI'd the XK-3 to some other sound
sources and it did the same thing to them, so it was
definitely an action problem. It now no longer does it
with the internal sounds.
