I use the Amazing Slow Downer like a couple folks have already mentioned, but I also know some guys who use a product called Slow Gold.? It does basically the same thing.
I own and use Amazing Slow Downer, I have a demo of Slow Gold and have no interests in either company, do not sell them or promote them.

Subject: [CWSG] how do you transcribe?
Hi everybody,
I have had a long struggle with transcriptions, probably because of my
rhythmic inaccuracy regarding notation. So I have relied on a small
digital sampler that will take small 30 second parts of a solo and
allow me to slow it down different speeds without affecting the
pitch...it is called a "chop shop". This has allowed me to listen over
and over to a section trying and to write it out as clear as possible.
However it is old and the sound quality is diminishing. I'm looking
for something better. Any suggestions? What I am looking for in
particular is some sort of medium that will allow me to take a solo
off a CD and slow it down (even write it out automatically...maybe
thats a wish) and have the sound integrity remain. Sampler, computer
program, tape machine...whatever. In my opinion you get the most bang
for your minutes practiced by transcribing solos of the artists you
enjoy the most, I just feel most people are intimidated by it and
maybe there is a better way.
