Subject:KORG CX-3 FACTORY DEFAULTS

Hi,
I have a Korg CX-3 that I'm having real trouble resetting back to
factory defaults. Been reading the manual & still having difficulty.
Whenever I try holding down keys 2 & 7 upon power up and reload the
factory data the voice list (A1=Organized) does NOT change.
I'm also having trouble finding the "Initialize programs and Global
parameters" function in Global mode. Even when I try and initialize
a single program, like A1, I still have the same problem of the voice
name not changing!
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? Is there a memory protect function that I'm
missing? I work at a Backline & PA rental house so ALL my keyboards
MUST be reset to factory defaults prior to rental.
I have several CX-3's in my inventory and it's only this one that's
giving me a problem. Any tips, hints, suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
