Ken, I'm pretty happy with the MS145. I find I can get more "grit" by
turning the preamp up and more "smooth" by turning the preamp down.
I think the bass is somewhat anemic as it comes stock, so I installed
a Delta Eminence - the difference is amazing and I think it makes feel
closer to a real leslie. If you need really powerful bass, always
bring a sub, but I think it's good enough for most players at
reasonable volumes.
