I did run across something I found on Ebay. A guy makes very small
compact conversion leslie cabs, featuring a built in 12Ax7 preamp and
a "Hammond" 20w power amp. one could put a load resistor on the end of
that amp and essentially get an "AMA" type sound from that as well.
I'm not that knowledgeable in vacuum tube electronics, or else I would
try to build one myself.
Seems that Steve has broken ground on a new technology that noone has
really thought of until now.
