i dsagree, aerodynamics is in consideration. As long as something moves in the density of air, aerodynamics are in play.? Specially when it has "sails" in the form of deflectors.? The aerodynamic mention? would have more to do with a motionsound horn. The single horn with the "weight" at the end. At first the description of the speakeasy metal horn was not clear, so visions of the motionsound horn came to mind, and since the plastic horns were the option the buyer chose, it made me wonder why, hence a comment was made to that respect. But even so, can we imagine a treble rotor that has a better aerodynamic design, yet allows the sound to be like or better than a traditional horn? It's spinning in air and centrifugal force is acting upon it. How about a design that limited wind noise? Like props on a submarine, pitched so as not to be detected by enemy subs. The EIS relay was meant as a description of how fast the switch activated the motors, vs another brand of SS relay, only to emphasize a point that even slow reaction times of the motor system? to the leslie switch was an irritant, what more a rotor that took off or slowed down too fast

The "O" ring thing was for lack of a better term as these types are also talked about on eBay. But a polymer belt is an "O" ring compared to a cloth belt that needs an idler pulley . The pulley acts like a govenor or a clutch. Without it, it's like direct drive almost. If you could come up with a material that relaxes under high torque and tightens under less torque, you may have something there. Or perhaps change the pulley size on either the horn or the motor spindle.

it's good you decided to improve on the bearings. That is a natural place to start.

So are your horns and bearing systems for sale individually? Do they fit regular leslie driver plates? Are they the same pulley size as the original plastic leslie horns? What type of metal are they? Cast?
