Subject:XK-3 Cabling to Leslie 3300

I own a XK-3 & plan to purchase a Leslie 3300. I'm wondering whether to
use a 1/4" line out from the board to the speaker, or if I need to
cough up WAY more money for a 30' 11-pin cable.

I'll be using a foot switch for speed changes, initially, but may
eventually purchase a CU-1 (?) half moon switch, so that also needs to
be taken into consideration, whether that really matters or not. I'll
not be using a pedal board, expression pedal or midi connections at
this time either.

So, I need to know if there are any other good reasons to buy the more
expensive cabling solution, other than the Leslie powering up via
remote power signal from the XK-3 unit power on.
