Right , but the motors have an incredible ruggedness
so IMO the bad side of that design is that cab line
don't have a 'brake' to stop motors at all, what it's
done is muting them.
So even stopping , the footswitch will commute to the
stationary speakers that won't have a 100% sound free
of rotational frequencies got coupled from the
non-stop motors , i.e. if playing 'piano' thru 'leslie
off ' position it will be a bit disappointing for the
serious listener.
I'm still have to figure out (it's a DIY project
currently still in progress) to solve that trouble in
my RA-100 rotary cab.
