Hi Walter,

They use them in the store to hold bread and baked goods, among other things.

The kit is ostensibly one 6-foot high cart with 6 adjustable shelves. However, it can be split into two 3-foot high carts. Sometimes they only give you enough wheels for one cart, but you can find threaded caster wheels at a good hardware store if you need them. All it takes to assemble them is a rubber mallet.
