You can buy those chromed wire-frame rolling carts at BJ's, Costco, and Sam's for about $75. I don't know what the weight limit is, but right now I've got two of them loaded down with gear that I sell in my online store. One of them has two powered speakers, a pair of 12" woofers, a pair of 10" woofers, and a couple of power amps, plus all kinds of cables and such. Gotta be 400 lbs easy. Nice big wheels on the cart, and two of them lock.
That kit makes two carts -- or one 6-foot tall one -- but only has one set of wheels. Some assembly required ...
