I have an Electro 73 and a XK-1. I have to admit that I (like most people) like the real drawbars better. But, the Electro drawlights are certainly usable. When you hold a tab down, the setting changes pretty quickly. When I want to change slowly, I will just tap the tab to change slowly - each tap will move it one number. For changing drawbars, I like to just rest my left hand right on the bars and play with them - something that isn't possible with the drawlights. The Hammond is definitely more tactile and the Electo more visual.
