Subject:Re: pari-patents
I remeber playing one of the original Pari organs back in the '70's - the top model that was
supposed to be their 'B3'. The story was, that Pari had actually aquired the full patent for
the 'tonewheel' system. I think Suzuki only ever bought the name.
Despite the authentic mechanics I remeber not liking the sound much - the used electro
Hammond ( X5 ?? ) next to it sound way better.
Maybe they got the sound right now all these years later.
