Subject:Shipping suggestions

Thank you very much to everyone for all the good shipping tips and
info. I'll have to dig into it starting today and over the weekend. I'd
heard/seen of strapping them to a pallet before, but not about the
plastic wrap. You'd think some local service could do it for a $60-75
fee. There's a place out here that'll pick up gear or household stuff
at your curb and pack it right there, then take it back to their
storage facility. If you've got pics and decide to sell an item, all
they do is put a label on it and have UPS or truck shipper pick it up,
or drive it to them. It's not real cheap, but not too expensive,
probably the best of both worlds for them and the customer.
