No, key click can only be adjusted on both manuals at the same time. Bear in mind that clones like the CX-3 are attempting to copy the behavior of a Hammond Organ verbatim. Key click is a function of the age of the organ, the type of filtering used on the key contacts, and condition of the bussbars. While it is *possible* to modify a real B-3 such that the manuals exhibit different levels of key click, I've never heard of anyone doing this.
