Subject:Korg CX-3 Waterfall Keys

I am looking to buy a clonewheel and believe I have narrowed it down
to either the Hammond XK-1 or the Korg CX-3. The Nord Electro and
Hammond XK-3 are still longshot contenders but I believe I will
either buy the XK-1 or the CX-3.

I am interested in clarifying the information about the keybed on
the new CX-3. I am specifically referring to the newer generation
CX-3 and not the older technology from the 70's.

However, I am understanding that Korg made some changes to the
keybed and that some of the older molders of the "new" CX-3 did not
have waterfall style keys... and the newer versions do.

What year did Korg make the change to the waterfall style keys?

Also, I am planning on using the organ through a K4 amp and not
through Motion Sound or a Leslie. The onboard Leslie sim is very
important.

Interested in the feedback on the most recent head to head
comparisons between the XK-1 and the CX-3. I think I can get either
of them for about $1300.
