I got mine direct from HS for around the $42-4 range. Try asking for Tech support & telling them you need one. I think the first time I tried there I got the same answer you did from sales (or whatever dept. I originally talked to). As far as being able to get one directly from them, it may have been to my advantage telling them I had already gotten one that didn't work. Goff charged around $45 for thiers, but that was the one that didn't work. 2 actually, since I sent the first one back & the second one didn't work either. They didn't ask for a minimum order though. Good (make that Better) luck.
