Champlin travelled much. I must have seen him 3 times while going to college
in Omaha. If I remember once , it was with Tower of Power at the downtown
auditorium. I also saw BC and TOP at the Keystone Berkley in San Francisco.?

My band covered a couple of Sons of Champlin tunes back in Kansas in the

early 70s. I saw them just once. I can't remember where. What's up with

that? Maybe the Red Dog Inn in Lawrence.... Bill is a very versatile

musician and they all cooked hard.
