I wonder if an electronics house store would have one?
We have two excellent stores in Dallas. Altex and Tanners.
They have darn near everything a guy could possibly want in the way of electronics stuff.
Way beyond the basic Radio Shack gear.

You might want to try to order the 8-pin DIN from Hammond itself. There was a bad batch of them out before. I had gotten a couple from Goff & neither one worked. This wasn't Goff's fault, it was just the luck of the draw. I got one from Hammond & it was a worked fine. Plus Ray at tech support is a great guy to work with.
