Wasn't exactly a storm, but many died before being
gathered by ambulances.

Also homeless people passed away, you know also a
global problem.

E.R. were overflood of people with pulmonary diseases
so probably the death rate grew up that week.

BTW, many people died in car crashes as nobody here
knows how to drive properly in such situation.
