Subject:Korg CX-3 sustain

My wife wants to set up the cx-3 for global sustain (hold control). I
have read before that I would have to set it in each patch or program.
That is a pain in the gizmo! Can the program up/down setting be
replaced somehow to Global Hold control 64 for switch/pedal number
two ???? I use switch/pedal number one for rotary control.
