Hi,
To my knowledge, the only update available WAS version 2.01. If you had version 2.00, that must have been a factory-only revision.
As to your problem, try setting the expression to Both, not Multi.
Both -- either the knob or the pedal can set the expression level.
Multi -- the pedal and the knob are "multiplied." The pedal can only travel from zero to the knob setting. If the knob is set to zero, the pedal can go from zero to zero; i.e., it will have no effect.
If this does not cure your problem, then you have a hardware issue with the organ.
