are you using a volume pedal? I once had a similar problem and the
problem was that the pot inside the pedal was broken.... disconnect the
pedal and see if you still have the problem....

Guys (and gals),

Just used my XB2 on a gig for the first time. Very embarassing. The
volume started to go in and out (louder, softer, then no sound
completely) intermittently. It was not the guitar chord, nor the
sound system nor the power chord. It definitely seems to be the
keyboard itself and I can't risk playing it in public until the
situation is corrected.

I live in Brooklyn New York. Any suggestions on a tech for this
keyboard in the New York City area?
