Sounds like an interesting idea. One thing for sure is I would like to
get the big KORG logo off of the back of my BX-3. It looks terrible.

Did anyone check out the Beastie Boys on the Live Earth 07/07/07
concert? The guy had a plexiglass Korg CX-3 (new version). This got
me thinking that it would be cool to replace the faux wood on a CX3
with something more timeless, like an exotic wood or perhaps burled
walnut or quarter-sawn oak. I'm talking about the new version CX-3.

Has anyone every tried a project like this? Seems like the only easy
piece to dissect is the top piece held in place by visible screws. All
the other "wood" pieces are glued and tacked together. Just curious if
this has been done before and if anyone has tips on taking it all apart
without screwing up the non-wood part of the CX-3.
