Subject:Voce V3 main output problem - Please help!!

Hello everyone

Just bought a Voce V3 on Ebay and have been having problemxs since
day 1. First, although the manual says that it operates in either
110V/220V, it blew a fuse when I connected it on the 220V mains *I
live in Europe - Athens,Greece nad the unit came from the US where
they use 110V. I opened the unit and replaced the fuse and turned on
the unit. Evreything seems to be fine - All the buttons work the LCD
runs fine, BUT I only get sound from the effects out. THe 2 main
outs and the headphone out give only a bass beepy noise (kind of a
sine wave). NO matter what note I play on my midi controllers (a
Roland D70 and an Emu esynth keyb.) I always get the very same
sound, as if the V3 reacts to note on messages but ignores the note
number messages.

I must add that although the effects out works ok, when ig gives
sound it is kind of noisy like if there is backgroud distortion,
though occuring only when I play - there is no noise when no midi
note on message is sent to the V3.

Does anyone have any clue what is going on? I am very frustrated as
I have been waiting for a long time for the module to arrive to use
in live gigs.

Best regards
