If it sounds like a Leslie then why not? If it sounds like crap then you take the thing back and don't touch it.
Very simple.
As we've all found, the sound and quality of clones are subjective.
I like the XK3 and XM2. Granted it's not a B3 but it works ofr my applications and it doesn't bother me that the action is less than stellar etc.
I personally can't imagine how anyone could spend money on a Nord Electro BUT that doesn't mean it's not a good piece for someone else.
Some guys probably wouldn't like the way my Hammonds sound.
That's ok, too.
