Subject:Re: Motion Sound Pro-3X VS Pro-3Tm VS Leslie 2101

The XK-3, XK-1 and XM-2 send a non-digital Leslied signal out the
right 1/4" output when it detects a Leslie connected via the proper
cable (either 11 or 8 pin). The left and right signals are still sent
out the cable wires and the 1/4" outputs for when the instruments are
set up for 2 or 3 channel Leslies or other sounds (in the case of the
XE-1) and the auxilliary/stationary channels in the 2101 (or 3300)
will be used. This enables the XK-3/1 or XM-2 to still provide the
digital Leslie for use in a direct feed to the PA or another amp via
the left 1/4" output in addition to a non-Leslied signal from the
right 1/4" output for use in another Leslie if needed.

I have my XK-3 connected to my 3300 via the 11 pin cable and my XM-2
connected via the 8 pin cable and it works fine, I just had to make
sure the kick switch on the XK-3 Exp. pedal doesn't also control the
XM-2's Leslie.
