Ditto on Yorkville. Besides playing in a couple of bands, I also own a small sound company and as soon as I can afford it I will be moving to Yorkville speakers. The best EVER sound system I have heard in any club was Yorkville TX series Subs and Mains that the sound company that Tony's Pink Freud hires. They were so good it was unreal. He also used the high end QSC amps, all DBX FOH signal processors and a Midas mixer. Also in my opinion the best stage keyboard amp I have ever heard is a Yorkville that is no longer made...Tony has two of them.

In PA, I'm quite partial to the Yorkville Unity series. However, at ~1900/pair for the UNPOWERED ones, they're out of serious consideration for many players. The bottom line is, if the system sounds great with a CD player, it'll probably also sound great with piano or synth.
