RTP means RadioTelevisao Portuguesa. It is the first tv channel in Portugal, aimed at all audiences, operating since 1958. They also operate a second channel, more art/science/education oriented. Channels 3 (SIC) and 4 (TVI) are private. There are dozens of cable channels but I don't watch them. I am German-born living since 1985 in Portugal.
Yep, I operated the Solton Leslie speed - with a foot switch (left foot).
As far as I remember my upper manual setting was 00 8887 006, lower was 8886 000. No percussion, no vibrato.

Hi all,

Thought I'd share this as a late seasons greeting:

Just found a clip on You Tube showing a tune from a
2005 X-mas special with yours truly on Hammond. This
is all first take live-on-tape after too few
rehearsals and chaotic last minute changes. Not for
the faint of heart. Could have been better, but that's
the way it is.

I play a 1972 European tube spinet Hammond P-100S with
Solton leslie. Fortunately the Hammond is rather loud
in the mix (good choice ;-) ). You can see my hands
(both on upper manual) during the intro and my mug
briefly at around 02:04. I'm NOT the guy with the
Roland VK-7 on top, he played synth only.
