Nah, no problem. I"ve owned Hammonds and drawbar clones for year, and it was no big deal getting used to the buttons; there are still a couple instant swaps I can't do (cant grab enough buttons to push in at once), so I just write a preset, and then hit one button!
You'll have no problems switching from buttons to bars when you make the leap to a console.

My current plan is to buy an electro 73 to put on top of my S90. I'm just waiting to see what announcements come from NAMM. My only concern with the Nord is the buttons for drawbars instead of physical drawbars. I don't own a Hammond so getting used to buttons will not be hard, but I'd like to eventually own a B3 and don't know if it would be a handicap learning on buttons instead of actual drawbars. I'd appreciate any feedback from those who own and play both the electro and the real deal.

Well even if you got some good organ 'sounds' you're still going to
need some good rotary/leslie sounds/effects to play them through. You
could just get an Electro Rack with its built in Rotary effect. It's
the best B3+rotary simulator of all the current clones... a couple of
the others almost come close but the Electro absolutely NAILS the
Hammond plus Leslie sound - with some great EP's and Clav onboard too.
