Subject:HELP!!! Need Help programming split on Motif 7.....

I picked up a Yamaha Motif 7 last spring after I developed tendonitis from
playing an 88 key weighted Yamaha P 200.

It was a breeze for me to set up bass/ piano splits on the P200. But being
technically challenged as I am, and also not having the manual for the Motif
7..... has left me unable to get the keyboard to split into different zones.

I would like to contact someone off list that understands this. I have not
been able to "get it" by spending what little time I have spent with the on
line manual. There are terminology issues, not to mention my lack of patience
for the amount of crap I have to sort through to "get" this.

I would love to use my VK8m with this thing also, but once again, the split
issue prevents it.

Let me know if you have knowledge of these functions, off list please.
