That's the XB1, which was not sold in the US -- that's why no one seems to know what you mean -- and was (reportedly) an XM-1 in keyboard form. At any rate, I'm certain that it's of the same generation as the XB-2 and XM-1. It has a similar sound to the XB-2, with what appears to be better ergonomics. While fine clones for their day, they pale in comparison to modern offerings, including those by Hammond-Suzuki. There were issues with harmonic beating and vibrato accuracy, maybe others. The general consensus is that the XK-2 was a big improvement on the XB generation, and the XK-1/XK-3 are a big improvement on the XK-2. It might do in a pinch, but 450 pounds seems like a lot of money for it.

If you are comparing this organ to a circa 2001 Korg CX-3, there is no question: The winner is the CX-3. If you compare the CX-3 to the newer Hammonds (XK-1, XK-3) the waters become muddier.
