No clone is going to feel like a Hammond B2, B3, etc., not even the Hammond
clones. You're going to have to accept some cut corners. The key beds are no
where near the same except for the waterfall keys and that's where it ends.
Best thing to do is go to where the clones are and try them all out and see
which approximates your idea of a Hammond organ in feel and sound. If you're
serious about what you're doing, you will have to go to the mountain. In
clones, there's a connection between the type of keys and how the sound
triggers. The trick will be finding a key bed that works for you and
triggers a sound that you are used to. Finding both in one clone may be a
tough call. Hence the many testimonials on which clone is the best.One would
think that a Hammond Suzuki clone would have it down pat, but that is not
the case..
