Yeah, I would send it back. I have experienced quality control problems
several times with Hammond/Suzuki. An XK2 I purchased was so out of frame
that the entire bottom octave would stick down. The XK2 they replaced it
with had screws rolling around on the inside when it arrived. I had to
return my first XK3 for drawbar problems. And now I am wondering about the
construction of my XK3C with its flexing and squeaky plastic.
