I just bought an XK-1 and last night I discovered that the sound was cutting
out completely on one of the outputs. In trying to diagnose the problem, I
fooled around with the volume knob on the board. I put some slight pressure
downward on the knob and depending on how I fooled with it, the sound would
kick back in. Once the sound was back on, it stayed on unless and until I
started turning the knob again at which point it would sometimes cut out and
sometimes it was fine. It is clearly the board. I switched speakers and cables
to make sure it wasn't something else.

Anybody experience a similar problem?

This keyboard is literally right out of the box. So I was a little
concerned.
