Advantages of the CX3 over the XK1 would include: better drawbar
placement,tonewheel shaping and leakage controls, leslie sim (after
careful tweaking), alot of tone shaping and amp modelling controls.

Advantages of the XK1 over the CX3 would include: well-defined
tonewheel tone and leakage effect, better and adjustable C/V scanner,
bass tones, flexable splits and MIDI control options, about $300
cheaper.

Both of these fantastic boards have their strengths and not-so-
strengths.
