I tried to find info on the PCM 800 and couldn't. The Edirol website
has a PCR-800 and it says the sliders are customizeable and
programmable but doesn't say how much.
If it won't do it, the Peavey PC1600x will. They are no longer in
production but turn up on eBay once in a while. You can program each
slider to send the CC# and data range you want for each drawbar. By
setting the maximum value lower than the minimum the drawbar value
increases as you pull it toward you. You can also do things like
program one slider to go from the O to the highest number needed for
the 1' @ 8 so you can pull them all out/push them all in fast or slow
and in order. The buttons can be set to change the lower manual
presets so you can unlink the two manuals so that the lower manual
drawbars don't change when you call up a new preset for the upper
